Sample Student Resumes. In most cases, your resume is the first contact with a potential company. It shows not only your current experience thus far but also your own personal accomplishments. Resumes should be succinct, accurate, error-free, well organized, crystal clear, easy to read, and visually satisfying. Keep in mind that the reader of your cv will probably spend no more than half a minute reviewing it. To be effective, it should be brief while still providing enough information to interest the particular employer. Most law college student resumes should be one webpage in length.
Please remember that they are examples - they are not themes. They are designed as recommendations to the key points that should be protected in a CV for these regions of work, but there are many methods to compose and structure the CV and there is no single “right” way. Feel free to choose these examples and to adapt that in the way that works best for you. Additionally, CVs and covering characters should be composed in your own terms. Don't lift phrases along with paragraphs word-for-word from these kinds of examples - employers might recognise them!
